2022-2023 COMPETITIVE COMPANY TEAM

Come Audition to be a Member of our Team!

Calling all dancers ages 3-18 who want to take their training and performance experiences to the next level!!

Auditions to become a member of our 9th year 2022-2023 Competitive Dance Company

are set for August 8th.

Company auditions are closed to the public and no parents will be allowed in the studios, please remain in the lobby.

Each dancer will be evaluated by our staff on technique, performance quality, potential and execution of all moves. Your dancer does not need to prepare anything for auditions, all material will be taught at auditions.

Dancers should arrive to their auditions at least 15 minutes early to stretch, be measured, get their number, etc. This is not true for ages 3-4, please bring them only 5 minutes early. Dancers should wear all black, fitted clothing. Hair pulled back neatly and make up done. Please bring all shoes, including tap.

*There is a $20 audition fee, per dancer. This can be added to your account.

  • Monday, July 11th: Company Info Meeting @ 6:30pm at the studio.

  • Monday, August 8th: 2022-2023 Company Auditions​

  • 12:00-1:00 Ages 12-18 Learn "A" & "B" Audition Routines

  • 1:00-2:00 Ages 9-11 Learn  "A" & "B" Audition Routines

  • 2:00-2:45 Ages 7-10 Learn "A" & "B" Audition Routines

  • 2:45-3:15 Ages 7-18 Learn "C" Routine

  • 3:15-4:00 Ages 7-18 Audition "C" Routine 

  • 4:00-4:30 Tap auditions for anyone over the age of 6 who wants to tap this coming season

  • 4:30-5:15 Ages 5-6 Auditions

  • 5:15-5:45pm Ages 2-4 Auditions

  • 5:45-6:30 Ages 7-9 audition "A" & "B" routines

  • 6:30-7:15 Ages 10-11 audition "A" & "B" routines

  • 7:15-8:00 Ages 12-18 audition "A" & "B" routines

  • 8:00-9:00 Callback auditions for anyone we need to see again.

***Please note: Ages are of that day. If your dancer shows the potential to dance ‘up’ we will ask them to stay for the next session so we can see them with older dancers. Be prepared to stay all evening if your dancer continues to make it to the next audition time.


Wednesday, August 17th, 2022: Back to Dance Night (everyone in the studio should plan to attend this) 

Being a member of our company team does require going through this audition process.
