How We Got Started

In 2014, owner Hayley Houchen, decided to turn her wildest dream into a reality and open the doors to her very own dance studio. She set all fears aside and jumped right in to creating a safe space for children of all ages to explore their love of dance.

FDC is a studio created for dancers of all ages and experience levels, set with one goal in mind - to unite our community through our love of dance.

With an extensive staff roster, FDC is know for its premiere instruction in technical training throughout the south side of the Kansas City area. Each teacher at FDC brings something unique to the table when it comes to teaching dance class and we are certain to have a teaching style that fits your child's needs.
